1. You can wholesale remotely.

3. People say deals aren’t out there, but they are. You just have to look.

4. Knowing the market well enough and having speed helps in landing deals in hot markets.

5. Find the right people (Virtual Assistants). Can be sourced in Product Facebook Groups and Upwork.

6. Invest in coaching and mentoring for you and the team. It saves dollars and years of struggle in trying to see what works out.

7. Scorching the earth helps in breaking the barriers with the sellers.

8. VAs are people. Get them involved and accountable. Affirmations, calibrations, gratitude, seller objections, and deal reviews are some of the activities that can be performed to get them involved. Treat them as actual employees.

9. A broke mindset sometimes compels you to work hard.

10. Keeping some properties into rentals can bring in significant cash flows.

11. Live life on your terms, and don’t let anyone or anything dictate your life.

12. Don’t try. Do it.

13. Master one first before scaling.

14. Take time to understand the things you want to focus on.
