In this episode, Ekemini, Michelle, and Christina talk about Therese Patricia Okoumou’s courageous act of political resistance on behalf of the thousands of immigrant children who are locked in cages and separated from their children. There has been a lot of talk about Black women as “superheroes” and the women of Truth’s Table debunk that myth and show how harmful and deadly that narrative is for all Black women.
