This week we are joined by a very close friend of ours Tully Smyth. Tully sadly lost her Mum two weeks prior to recording to dementia and she so bravely and eloquently explains the disease, how it took her Mum away from her at such a young age and why it is so important to spread awareness. Tully also speaks about her experience with reality television, how it has shaped who she is today and how she battles and processes self doubt.
