Today I am joined by comfort zone queen Megan Seamens, to talk about how to get out of your comfort zone. Megan is only 28 and she has spent most of her twenties living her life according to joy and not what society says you should do! That is why I knew she would be the perfect guest to tell us the theories behind why comfort zones exist and how breaking out of them can have a ripple effect to change all areas of your life. In this episode Megan shares her personal story, we discuss the link between turning 30 and why it is a time that forces us to question our comfort zones and why living according to fear can keep you stuck in a life that isn’t in line with what you really want. Most importantly, Megan gives practical steps for where to start if you finally feel ready to make some changes!
