As well as being a coach, I sometimes feel as though I am running a social experiment. I get front row seats to my client’s lives, their thoughts, their emotions and their behaviour. Day in, day out, we talk about all of the topics that are relevant to our age group. I get the privilege of seeing the inner workings of people’s minds and understanding how the affects their actions. I hear stories unfolding and get to be a witness to the process that my clients go through when dealing with big life changes, from career shifts, to break-ups and dating adventures, friendships and more. I recently realised that in the past twelve months I have coached my clients for over 500 hours, and that’s not even including the 100 hours of initial consultation calls I have held for those that were interested in signing up to be coached. I think it’s safe to say I’m an expert in all things Turning 30!

I have learnt SO much from my clients about turning 30 and growing up and in this special episode I share the findings of my social experiment of 500 hours of conversations with all of you, so you can also get a true insight into turning 30 and realize that you are not alone.
