Darin Damme, also popularly known before as Krazy Kid in the Phoenix radio scene. He got involved in real estate marketing while helping his friend Doug Hopkins produce effective content on real estate commercials. In 2016, he then focused on marketing Doug’s business to achieve its now huge success. He also worked with various investors on effectively marketing their brands.   1. Marketing ads are just like newspaper articles. It should call attention, concise, coherent, organized, relevant, and memorable.
  2. In ads, consider a message that stands out and an ad placement in terms of audience data, time, right station, and cost per lead.

  4. Key roles like frontline calling like lead managers should be seated with a local person who knows and understands American culture. Going virtual is good, but nothing beats the effectiveness of personal touch in doing face-to-face. It’s unnecessary to hire plenty of lead managers, just a few capable, motivated, and have them well-paid will do.
  5. Analyze all factors and be wise in decisions, consider marketing as a risk, don’t go with it if not prepared to lose money.
  6. Be as efficient as possible. Simplify the calling process of the sellers, like as they call and you answer. For callbacks, immediately contact them as soon as possible. Don’t let them wait, for time is crucial.
  7. Invest in an efficient CRM. If short of funds, invest in the time and effort to self-learn and perfect your own.
