Dainy describes what life was like for them growing up in their Ultra Orthodox community and going to an all girls’ school. Life was black and white when it came to gender roles and expectations and because of this, boys and girls even got different education. Pushing back and asking questions got them into trouble multiple times when conformity and compliance were demanded.
