Let’s face it — everyone has a quarter-life crisis. This week, the girls are Unhinging theirs and sharing all the ways to get through it. Chloe shares logic on the steps to figuring out what TF you want to do with your life, while Emma explains she basically just winged it when it came to her 20’s. Whether you prefer to approach crisis with a plan like Chloe or prefer to fly by the seat of your pants like Emma, both of them can agree… there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Hot Take Debate is SO BACK, baby! This week, the girls are busting out the bells and debating all things being the single friend in the group vs. being the taken one. From 'Can you rage with your single friends until 5 a.m. when you're in a relationship?' to 'Is flirting for free drinks OK if you're not single?,' the girls are putting the group chat on blast whether they like it or not.
Get your pens OUT because this week the girls are doing something special. Chloe and Emma are sitting down and writing EACH OTHER'S list of non-f*cking-negotiables. Something literally every human that dates other humans should have (and have done right). The girls both write theirs together live on the pod based on all the sh*t they used to put up with and what they never will again. So grab your journals and let’s figure this shit out together.
You guys submitted some wild stories, and this week, the girls are diving in. Chloe reads a story from a listener wanting to escape her small town, determined not to become "a barn wedding baby having statistic." Emma shares a jaw-dropping account from a listener who just discovered her boyfriend got married (not to her)?! Last but not least, the girls dish out some tough-love advice to a listener tangled up with a narcissistic partner.

No new friends? By popular demand the girls are taking the hinges off of “Friendships” as a part two to an earlier, fan-fave ep, “I’m the problem, it’s me.” Tune in for everything from what happens AFTER the friendship breakup and making friends as an adult to why TF bachelorette parties are still a thing and how can we start boycotting them??
This week we’re phoning a friend for some very solicited, UNSOLICITED ADVICE! For the first time ever, the girls welcome some special guests onto the show. Ashley and Taryne from the Unsolicited Advice pod join Chloe and Emma to talk all things dating in your 20s vs. your 30s, their best tips for dating in your 20s, and how to navigate dating in your 30s when it seems like your entire IG feed is engagement announcements and friends having babies.

All’s fair in love and war...maybe. This week the girls are Unhinging how to pick your battles in order to avoid the war. It's... our... ONE YEAR EPISODE!!!!! Can you believe we've been getting Unhinged together for a YEAR already?! No? Same. This week the girls are Unhinging how social media affects relationships. They spill on everything from keeping tabs on follower counts and seeing who's liking their BFs' pics to setting boundaries and trying hard not to invade anyone's privacy. At the end of the day, all we can ask is that they please, please, please don't embarrass us, motherf*cker.
You’ve heard about Love Languages, but what about Sex Languages? This week the girls go under the sheets to Unhinge the five Sex Languages, discuss how to apply them to your own love life, and what to avoid based on ghosts of boyfriend's past.
