Working out at home and getting results
2 things you will need:
Look around your home and decide where you will do your workouts. It doesn’t need to be a dedicated fitness room but find a space where you can spread out and do your exercises.
Decide when you will work out. It doesn’t have to be the same time everyday but when can you actually get in your workouts without distractions.
Under Ten Fitness creates 10 minute videos for Cardio, Mobility and Strength. Each video is designed to be done at home with little to no equipment.

Tips to setting better goals:
1.) Go to a fitness group class 2.) Try a new exercise (for me box jumps) 3.) Weight loss goal closer to your actual weight shoot for 5 lbs less even if you want to lose more. 4.) Try to add more weight or reps 5.) Aim to do an extra 5 minutes of cardio 6.) Eat 6 servings of veggies or don’t drink soda Goals are good but don't get to crazy.
