Dr Elinor Cleghorn is a feminist cultural historian. Her writing has been published in Vogue, New Scientist, BBC Science Focus, History Extra, and the Wall Street Journal, and she has discussed her research live on BBC Woman’s Hour, Radio 5 Live, and NPR, as well as appearing on numerous podcasts. Elinor’s first book ‘Unwell Women: A Journey through Medicine and Myth in a Man-Made World’ was published in June 2021 in the UK and the US, and is currently being translated into 10 languages.
