Attracting and retaining top talent requires an effective hiring plan. Keith approaches his hiring strategy with several key ideas in mind:

- Gathering feedback from candidates is essential in improving the candidate experience.

- Gathering data can be as simple as having candidates respond to surveys, much like a customer satisfaction survey.

- Scaling can be difficult with an RPO, and in-house hiring is the best way to build teams that align with company values.

- The candidate experience isn’t limited to the hiring process, but encompasses all the time a candidate spends growing and developing within an organization post-hire.

- Ensuring employees find opportunities for professional development within a company is an equally important job for TA leaders.

- Frontline labor will continue to be competitive for the foreseeable future, so creative hiring practices must continue to be a TA priority.
