Look around in your life. Notice all the results. Your relationships, health status, financial life, level op happiness etc. etc.
Apart from a few exceptions, everything you see in your life is a result of what you find “normal”
Normal is simply a set of boundaries within which lay all the things that you accept into your life, because you are used to them. A lot of these boundaries were simply learned throughout your life by your own experiences and the lessons from your role models.
This means that what you find normal - and what you accept in your life - is usually not aligned with what is most optimal for you (and often quite the opposite).
Unless you make the effort to truly figure out what makes your life optimal, happy, fulfilled, strong and healthy.
And for that, you have to study your relationship with normality.
