You work hard, but you're probably not working smart.

At least not as smart as you could if you had a better understanding as to how businesses like yours (but slightly different) within the fitness industry operate.

I'm 100% that most of my success in this industry came from NOT standing still.

Not staying within my four walls.

Actually going out there and learning what other brands/models were doing - not because it's how I wanted to operate, but because I knew that knowledge would make me a better owner.

So do yourself and your business a favor...GROW your perspective on the industry and you'll GROW your business.
