The purpose of this episode is to empower you with affirmations you can use as tools to keep that anger in check and properly addressed. These words are very powerful. These words have energy and power with the ability to help you and to heal you.
Let’s begin.

3. Each time I breath in anger I choose to breath out peace.

5. I am in control of my life and emotions.
6. Anger is simply fire energy ready to be transformed.

10. Outside circumstances and situations will not take away my inner peace.
11. No matter what happens on the outside, I am at peace on the inside.

Revisit this podcast episode as often as needed. There is no right or wrong answer. Just what works for you and gives you the peace and freedom from anger you deserve.
