Do you often feel like you’re fighting to survive rather than flowing to thrive?
Today’s guest, Sufey, is a powerhouse of surrender, a goddess of expansion, a mother, an enchantress, and an enthusiastic servant to her King. Her upcoming course (HU)MAN begins 01/01, and it’s a sovereign woman’s journey into her ROOT chakra.
Sufey’s voice alone was enough to calm a deep part of my restless being. Her message is clearly transmitted by the lived experiences she embodies. Her dedication as a mother, wife, and human offer a vastly more valuable narrative than our society’s default, of what it means to be human.
If you didn’t know it yet, the stories we tell ourselves, and let in from the outside, absolutely shape the quality of our lives. Sufey’s stories are narratives worth inserting into your being.
Listen on to absorb:
What is needed to surrender into an abundant and flowing life
Why it's not always about what you prefer, but about expanding the capacity to receive whatever life is bringing you
How our society is feminising men, and why we need more masculine men
Near the end, Sufey shares the greatest gift that any community (or village, as she says) can give to a woman (this is part of her never-before shared birth story, SO INSPIRING)
To learn more about HUMAN, Sufey’s beautiful course for women, a deep dive into the grounded beauty of muladarha charkra, launching on 01/01, visit alreadyfree.me/human

I’m honoured to share that I am an affiliate of Sufey’s course, HUMAN. At no extra cost to you, when you purchase this course you are supporting yourself, Sufey, and me all at the same time! There’s heaps of gorgeous and powerful information on the course page, at alreadyfree.me/human, so go there to feel if there is resonance for you.
The sad reality is that most of us don’t even know who we are, let alone how to live our purpose and grow a beautiful world! Authenticity is one of the two primary needs of every human…but too many of us live our lives without every truly experiencing our own authentic selves.
If you’ve ever felt like you don’t fit in, like you’re too much (or not enough) for this world, as though you can’t catch a break from the overwhelm of simply trying be yourself…then this episode with Dr Nicole LePera, The Holistic Psychologist, is for you.
In it you’ll learn why so many people are struggling to be themselves, why purpose can only come through authenticity, how childhood sets up our entire life experience, and what you can do to begin or deepen your journey Home to Wholeness (no matter where your starting point is right now).
I believe this is the most important journey any of us will ever take. And Dr Nicole’s new workbook, How To Meet Yourself, provides a roadmap to guide us.
Dr. Nicole LePera, a holistic psychologist, trained at Cornell University and New School for Social Research. She leads the #SelfHealers movement, an international community of people joining together to take healing into their own hands. She is the author of #1 NY Times Bestseller ‘How to Do the Work’. This is one of the most powerful, inspiring, and hopeful episodes I’ve ever recorded. And if you’ve been listening to this podcast, you KNOW that that’s a big deal!
The information in here, if you consistently apply it, has the potential to positively transform how you experience your self, your life, and all your relationships.
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by how complicated living a life of vibrant health seems? Always another diet fad, another bit of news about how bad fat is, then how good it is, and so on? Well, you’re in the right place! Today’s guest, Dr Gary Shlifer, has simple solutions which will help you to align with your ancestry and up-level your lifestyle.
Dr. Shlifer is a board-certified internal medicine physician specialising in preventative care, nutrition/metabolism and anti-aging medicine. He brings his robust experienced with hospital inpatient medicine to his outpatient primary care practice in order to help prevent and cure disease for his patients. He is the founder of Evolve Healthcare in Los Angeles, a multi-specialty integrative medicine clinic focused on disease prevention and lifestyle optimization. He is also cofounder of Sapien, an organization focused on promoting health education and advancing health information technology. Through his companies and community outreach, the doctor works to promote his message of healthy living, eating and lifestyle practices.
In this far-ranging conversation, we cover everything from the mistake of asking too many mistakes as a doctor, to how our ancestry is a great place to look for the answers to our health needs, to how important it is that we talk about, face, and embrace death to truly live…and much more.
Towards the end, Dr Gary answers the question I ask in every episode about what We Are Already Free means to him in a way I found especially inspiring, hopeful, and empowering.
I’m your host, Nathan Maingard, and, as a highly sensitive person in a highly insensitive society, I was very nearly crushed by my efforts to fit a mould our society just calls ‘being a good citizen’. Having navigated my own healing of depression, burnout, suicidal ideation and other lovely things like that, it’s my honour to help others like me to bloom into the unique beauty they came here to bring… through breathwork, empowering songs, stories and poems, inner life skills coaching…and of course, ice baths (sorry, I know I’ve been talking about them a lot recently, but seriously, they’re frickin’ EPIC!).
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck, the energetic frequency of today’s guest Fia is medicine for gentle surrender to the beauty of this moment. Soak in the the energy of surrender, faith, trust, and love…this episode is for you.
Welcome to We Are Already Free, a podcast helping free people and down-to-earth seekers to live their truth and be the change. If you’re done with paying attention to buy more of the life you DON’T want, and you're ready to reconnect with the curiosity, joy, and wonder that you knew as a child…then this podcast is for you.
Based in the countryside north of Stockholm, Fia Forsström (known mononymously as Fia) is a spiritual singer/songwriter who, with her inspirational lyrics and catchy melodies, has a unique way of weaving music that empowers the listener to drop deeper into themselves and find their own medicine. Since the release of her debut album "Made of Stars" in 2016, Fia has been touring worldwide and continues to touch hearts wherever she goes. Building a solid platform through social media and word of mouth, Fia took her place as one of the leading voices on the spiritual music scene with ”Legacy of Light” in 2017 and ”Waterfall of Wisdom” in 2019. Both of them, like the debut, were recorded and released through crowdfunding. Since then, several EPs, singles and various collaborations have taken place and in autumn/winter 2022 she enters the studio to create her fourth album.
When my sweetheart Carly introduced me to Fia’s song Shedding Skins a few years ago, it instantly became a soundtrack to my own dark night of the soul. It encouraged me to keep going, to befriend the most shadowy parts of myself, and to keep showing up for the present moment. I still listen to it regularly.
Some of the things we get into in this episode include:
Why making friends with your demons can help you to live a better life
Why turning inward is the greatest gift for ourselves and all our relations
How spending time in nature is a recalibration
A simple way to connect with belonging, purpose, and faith beyond religion
How Fia's dark night of the soul turned her spark into a fire
Near the end: Why you should be yourself, stay curious, not take things too seriously, and trust your inner knowing
If you’ve forgotten that your body is miraculous, that you can heal from anything, that you are more powerful than you’ve been taught…or that you don’t have to wait until you’re 'too old’ to live an empowered, health-filled life…then yes, you guessed it, this one’s for you!

Our society's only real enemy is the inner liberation of its people. It promises us escape from the 'not-enoughness' it indoctrinated into us...if we just sign up for another medication, operation, or any other kind of indoctrination which keeps us outsourcing our power.
If you've forgotten what it's like to love the body you're in, or you know others who have forgotten...this episode offers a gentle but firm medicine of resilience, rooting, and revelling in reality.
It's a solo episode going deeper into the story and subject around my new poem Your Body Is Not A Mistake. I hope that it serves all who listen.

That's all this week, please do reach out to let me know how this lands. I would be delighted
