We had a great little email come through about a comment Leece had made in the past about our habits and mindset around sugar. So, in today's episode, we discuss our thoughts on the topic of sugar (based off the email); things we are mindful about (when it comes to diet in general), a little about our mindset and basically our day to day approach when it comes not only to sugar but striving for a 'balanced diet'. We start by asking: is sugar the "problem", or are we?! Though as you will know - if you've ever listened to us before - we're all for a balanced diet and that includes sugar, too. But, we're also BIG on habits that make us feel good, so today's episode is basically one preeeetty long (soz hehe) chat about our 'strategies' on eating well.
