Your Weekly Pulse Point check-in is a time to check in on your projects and see how far along you are and if you're on track to meet your deadline. It's also a time to check in with yourself and see I what you can let go of: ideas, tasks, certain projects.
Today we'll be exploring why check ins are so helpful & how you can get started creating or revamping your own. Much like the human body has a regulatory temperature, our lives and businesses also have a pulse point we can check. Identifying status points help you monitor the overall state of you and your business and help you make changes and adapt as needed.
