Welcome to the expand and evolve podcast, I’m your host, Carly Pinchin. I feel I’ve learned my biggest teachings and lessons in life all revolving around health, relationships and money. 

Each week I'll be diving into various aspects of these topics, in hopes that by sharing what I've learned on my journey, it will be able to help you on yours. 

I struggled with disordered eating for over 10 years of my life, which I was eventually able to overcome and that was one of the biggest teachings for me to uncover around my health. My second big lesson was around money and business, where I went from living in my parents basement suite as a freshly graduated broke college student, to now growing and scaling a multiple 7 figure business with 2 babies by my side. 

And I'm currently learning the biggest lesson of my life so far, as I navigate a separation from the person I thought I was going to be with for the rest of my life, while rediscovering my TRUE self in the process. 

My hope is that by sharing my real, raw, and authentic journey with you all, and everything that’s helped me in the process, that I’ll be able to help you on your journey in becoming the happiest, healthiest and most abundant version of you!
