I’ve been thinking about fairness a lot recently. We’re less than a week away from the election here in the United States and while I have both strong opinions and deep concerns about the outcome, what’s most important to me is that everyone who wants to vote is able to do so...and that all of the votes are counted fairly. On this episode, I talk about the election, the recent Supreme Court confirmation, and the World Series, all in the context of fairness. And, we discuss how essential fairness is to the integrity of outcomes, as well as to the morale, trust, and culture of any group, team, family, community, or society.
