Kayla and Lavinia got together to chat about an issue that has lots of us fed up: sexism and sexual harassment in agricultural workplaces. We love our industry, but believe more can be done to stamp out some of the gendered issues women in agriculture face every single day. This is an episode where we speak from the heart about our own experiences and beliefs, but also look at some shocking statistics, and give some advice at the end about what you can do in your own workplace.
