10:14pm - Leading of the 2nd hour tonight is the creator of the World Food Championships, Mike McCloud. Tonight Mike and I recap the latest version of this event which took place about a month ago. What went well, what went wrong and what 2025's Final Table and next WFC event might look like. Mike is always a great interview and is also a 2024 BBQCS Guest Hall of Fame'er.

10:35pm - Closing the show tonight is a reload from last week. Austin Dennis from I Cook You Look is back on to discuss how he got into the business, when his IG account blew u and how he contionues to stay inspired to create content. We will get some background on him as well and see what he cooks on during his down time...which probably isn't that much.
