Introducing 'I Am' Jonny’s journey from pitch to podcast, and an introduction to Jonny's upcoming interview with our first guest of the series - Rupert Spira.

In this debut episode of I Am, host Jonny Wilkinson explains how, in his mid to late twenties, a physical and mental health crises halted him right in his tracks. Jonny goes on to describe how a change in perspective, inspired by this challenge, revealed a new dimension of possibility to him that he had never before explored or contemplated when looking at potential. Drawing energy and guidance from quantum physics, yoga and enlightened beings like the Buddha as well as his experiences on the sporting field Jonny has devoted himself to offering and sharing his findings with others.

Jonny also explains where Thursday's guest: spiritual teacher, author (many times over) and fellow podcast host, Rupert Spira, falls into the picture, and condenses down and explains (as best as he can) what Non-Dualism is (it sounds more complicated than it is).
