Everybody's weightlifting journey looks so different. Before starting, it can feel daunting, intimidating, exciting, or even empowering. My job is to give you the tools to get you started on the right foot, so you can reach your fitness goals exactly when you're meant to.

In this episode, I'm sharing five of my top tips that I wish I knew when I started my fitness journey. At one point, I was exactly where you are now. Whether you're a beginner, inconsistent, or maybe finding it difficult to see any results, I have been through it all. Now, I help walk my members through these seasons each and every day.
