This week Kevin and I discuss what a limiting belief is and how it prevents us from many things in our lives.  We discuss some limiting beliefs that Jennifer has or had in her life (Kevin somehow couldn't think of any he had) How working through them has enriched her life and made it better. We all have beliefs we think are true but when we peel back a few layers we realize that it's possible that there could be another way to do something. This week we encourage you to look at some of your beliefs and see if they are hurting your growth and development.  Some of them you might want to keep and that's OK too.
