In this episode we will primarily talk with Colin Wilford about a new assessment he has created  to help couples identify and work through red flag areas in order to become the best possible partner they can be. In addition we will discuss things like projection, and ego and the role they play in both relationships and in life. 

Colin Wilford is a South African psychologist who spent several decades in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East counseling couples, advising young people on their careers, coaching executives on leadership skills, and becoming an expert in emotional intelligence.  5 years ago, Colin moved to the US and resides in Utah and has since started his own consulting company in Salt Lake City, Wilford Scholes which he is the CEO.
