It has been a while since we've talked to the "pellet making master", Chris Becker from Cookin' Pellets. Tonight we fix that! CB joins me to talk about he state of the pellet making industry, new additions to his product line and what he has in the hopper. We will also get his favorite way to cook a burger and what cookers he likes best.

After CB, Tennessee Embedded Correspondent and owner of Steve Ray's Midnite Oil, Steve Ray joins me to talk a little shop...literally. This time of year, the BBQ competition season is in full swing. Many of the teams own some kind of trailer or toy hauler. Making sure the tires, axles and other associated components are well maintained will keep you from taking a flat on the side of the road heading to or from your event. Steve will give his expert advice on what you should be doing to prevent these events.
