Loyalty is best described by how someone shows up in your life. If they want to spend time with you after work, will hurry over when you’re in trouble, and doesn’t care what others think about your time together, that’s loyalty.

Actions speak louder than words. If you’re currently in a long relationship, I invite you to examine if your guy’s actions match with with his words. If not, it’s possible you’re in a casual situationship that is comfortable for both of you but not likely to last.
