Today’s guest is Sakiko Reuterskiöld, Founder and CEO of NOMOSU (NO MORE SUGAR), the honestly sugar-free and organic brand.
Sakiko is a Japanese-Swedish graduate of The University of Cambridge who has a background in investment management and completed a 3-year Masters in Science (MSc) in Personalised Nutrition based on Functional Medicine.
She is passionate about creating genuinely healthy food products and believes one needs to study and research deeply into food biochemistry, metabolic science, longevity and functional medicine to have the capacity to create truly health-enhancing food products.
Brought up by gourmet parents who exposed her to delicious food experiences, Sakiko was determined that NOMOSU’s products taste as good – or better – than sugar-filled equivalents.
After much research and development and blind taste-testing trials with chocolatiers and pastry chefs, she is super pleased to share NOMOSU’s line of products - objectively delicious chocolates.
