EP12 - wow, have i been on a journey with productivity. we are so easily led to believe that productivity means being constantly busy and using every single minute of our day to the fullest extent, but that can be so toxic and send us on a one way trip to burnout. in this episode, i wanted to talk you through my experience with productivity and all the phases i have been through with it, from non-stop hustle to doing absolutely nothing the entire day. by sharing what i have learnt, i hope you guys can understand more about finding balance as well as a healthy and positive form of productivity. as always, i would love to hear your feedback over on @insideannasmind on instagram, lots of love x
