I came across a great book gifted to me by fellow Spartan Up Friend, Joe Polish of The Genius Network. This book is Willpower Doesn't Work. It made me rethink how self-discipline can be taken to the next level and beyond by changing your environment!

• Your environment can change by place and or people.
• Surround yourself with other high achievers so you are never the smartest Person in the room
• Publicly announce your goals so you are accountable to people that you don't want to let down
