In this episode Joey Brite and MrMenno take us down the wacky world of sexuality and same-sex attraction in a world gone trans. The distinction of what we are and who we are is central to our discussion. We examine topics like the gender-bending of drag, the undermining of women’s rights, and the shame we carry in our bodies. Glorifying the denial of sex as 'authenticity' has detrimental impacts on all sexual orientations and begs the question of the role of the body in being human.   

Joey Brite is a feminist, lesbian and lifelong gender outlaw. She is the creator of Can I Get a Witness, an educational platform designed to give a voice to those who are shaking up the status quo.

Political cartoonist and illustrator Stella Perrett speaks to her experience being made professionally notorious overnight after having been fired for a cartoon illustrating the fragile legislative rights of women and girls in the ever-changing gender climate. She was suddenly dropped from her job of five years only later to learn how various bureaucratic connections effectively blacklisted her from working elsewhere.   Stella shares her own story of growing up with gender dysphoria and notes how rapidly feminist circles have changed over the years. She connects the dots between difficult childhoods and the lack of support for children who are confused about their bodies and identities - a perfect storm for gender dysphoria, self-hatred and suicidality. Stella continues to support campaigners for women and girls with her work and is fueled by the challenges she’s overcome on her journey.

Thanks to warped narratives and hypnotic tactics in porn, men are finding themselves disoriented and confused about their experience in their own bodies - the result being men becoming ‘bimbos’ or ‘sissies’ [humiliated women]. Men, then, subject themselves to fetishizing women’s oppression in order to feel ‘womanly’ as they become sissified and move forward in transitioning. The cycle is detrimental on many levels, and modern technology has made this a problem far too vast to ignore.

She has lost her livelihood and deep friendships at the hands of mass hypnosis and cult expressions demonstrated by trans ideology. She breaks down the complicity of the media in brainwashing the population and acknowledges how scary it is to escape the ubiquitous movement detaching us from physical reality.  Kara aptly discusses the overt rape culture of men invading women’s spaces and her efforts to protecting women and girls amidst the divisiveness saturating mother-child relationships and sisterhoods. The depth of deprogramming necessary can be daunting, but Kara reassures us that we are smart women, that we can do this, and that the problem is not us.
