They are the things that set up a great foundation for amazing sleep for your infant, toddler and even pre-schooler... these things are scheduling, sleep coaching strategies and ROUTINES.
Today we are specifically focusing on the bedtime routine. What a great bedtime routine can look like, and why each element of a bedtime routine is so important to overall healthy rest. You can have great scheduling and sleep strategies, but if you don't have a consistent routine it will be much harder to get your child to go down for sleep and get the rest they need!
