Why am I so paranoid? Toxic Relationship Rehab

Survivors of relationships with toxic narcissists, sociopaths or psychopaths often tell me they feel "paranoid."

But what they really mean is that they're dealing with a surprisngly rational and understandable, yet incredibly terrifying degree of unsureness and mistrust - not to mention self-doubt.

Of course, this becomes particularly distressing when it's not in your normal nature to behave this way.

This kind of extreme paranoia is a lot more than understandable mistrust following shock and betrayal - and that's what I'm going to explain in today's vlog.
