I help men who are stressed and self-critical to feel calm and self-assured, so they can rest and slow down without feeling guilty. I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Mental Health from King’s College London. I’ve been practicing meditation since 2008 and have been trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Focusing since 2020.
