So often we are told to set goals in the new year. But I encourage you to rethink how you plan your goals, and your time.

Momentum & accountability - When you’re in a group of like minds who are on the same journey as you can it propels you into action in a way that other ways can’t.

I’m going to share a favourite quote from James Clear which is in Atomic Habits:

‘All big things come from small beginnings. The seed of every habit is a single, tiny decision.’ 

This is a little reminder for any of you who have big dreams – for yourself, your home, your life. 

We often think that we make those dreams come true with a big and dramatic action. But often it’s a small step. Saying ‘yes’ to something that’s important to you, or a step in the right direction.
