EP9 - We are all victims of comparison, poor self-esteem and low self-worth because of apps like tiktok where we are endlessly scrolling through a catalogue of seemingly perfect strangers. In this episode, I wanted to tell you that you are not alone in feeling lost and insecure in the world of social media as I try to shed some light on why and how we can work to make these apps a more positive experience for ourselves and those around us. I also discuss my time on tiktok, why I left and my journey to coming back. Whilst tiktok has been a negative space for me in the past, I am coming back with a new mindset and attitude that I want to share with you all. I hope you enjoy and that this is helpful x
