How often do you say NO? This episode explores how critical it is to put up energetic boundaries. It's rooted in the idea that all relationships are energetic agreements / arrangements, and how a lack of boundaries can lead to resentment and erode the energy of the relationship. Additionally, a lack of boundaries can weaken the walls of your 'vessel' for attracting what you want.
