After receiving a 40% pay cut in his previous job in 2019 due to the home health cuts that were taking place, he decided to look for a new job and couldn't find one. So he embarked on starting his practice, and three years down the line, he just hired an administrative assistant and now has two locations with 5 PTs under him.
