Jamie Banks is the definition of a female real estate powerhouse and an absolute boss when it comes to MTR rentals and insurance claims. Jamie has built her entire business around this, starting with co-hosting, and is sharing all of the juicy details in this no-holds-barred episode.

Jamie lives in northern Virginia and invests in the Philidelphia, New Orleans, and Richmond markets. Jamie loves a good HGTV binge (who doesn’t) and first got into flipping through pure interest. She is good at following directions and just decided that this was something she was going to try.

She has been in the REI biz for less than one year, but don’t let that fool you because she has become highly regarded within the industry. Jamie owns 3 doors herself, manages 8 doors, and does tenant placement for 96 doors (yes, you read that right, 96 doors!).
