Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we are introducing you to the awe-inspiring Erika Brown. Erika was a corporate banker who saw the turnstile of her bank rotating with wealthy customers, and she wanted to make that happen for herself and her family. In this episode, Erika shares her wealth of knowledge about real estate investing, mindset, entrepreneurship, and the BIG lessons she has learned as an entrepreneur.
Being the queen of networking, Erika had been connecting with people for years and knew that many of those customers were also investors. This gave her pause because why couldn’t she do the same thing?
As the primary breadwinner with three kids and a husband at home, Erika made the leap in 2016 and got her real estate license, eventually leaving behind her corporate job. Erika absorbed as much education as she could, found any and all networking opportunities, and really tuned in to her newfound passion while finding the recurring stability her family needed.
After self-managing 38+ properties she finally hired out the property management aspect of her business so she could focus on her zone of genius. Erika loves helping people find solutions to their needs and applies this in not only her job as a real estate agent, but in her many entrepreneur ventures as well.
