Over the past few months I’ve tuned in to the ways that I’m ready to better support my mental health. With such an investment in habits and personal growth, I know so many tools to help me feel physically, mentally, and emotionally strong yet something still just doesn’t feel right. I know in my gut that there’s something bigger at hand that needs to be tended to in this season. Finally, this week, I made the call to ask for help. This episode feels vulnerable and a little scary to share, but I know that it’s an important conversation worth having. My hope is that it will help you consider the ways you might be ready to ask for help and pass along the bravery to make the calls you need.

When I started my health journey back in 2019, I knew I had to get very intentional about how I started my days if I wanted to change my life and get where I wanted to go. When I reflect on everything that has happened over the past three years, I give so much credit to the habits that make up my morning routine.
