在西方，有一种非常流行的概念，就是把男性分为：西格玛男人、阿尔法男人等6种男性性格。

1.Alpha Males霸总

西方人把在群体中游刃有馀、一切尽在掌握之中的“老大型”男性,称为“阿尔法男”Alpha Males。

Alpha男性的性格关键词：

dominant 主导的，assertive果断的，confident自信的

在社交场合中占主导，they take charge in social situations,

自信满满self-assured

alpha男性通常处在社会顶端 Theyoften rise to the top of social hierarchies.

2. Sigma Males独狼

Sigma男性，指代独立、自律的男人，他们不追求、且不讨好异性，并因与主流价值观不同显得个性十足，通常会被描述为 the lone wolf 独狼。

6.DeltaMale普信男

Delta男性,是社会中的中坚力量，是正常的平凡人。

但在西方，很多时候，会着重强调Delta男has gone through an experience that has caused him to change into a delta male（经历了一些事情之后转变成了现在的人格）

经历创伤后，会有一些表现，比如：

they have trust issues,不太信任别人。

they are resentful心怀怨恨。

Theydon’tlook inward 不会向内看（内省）

Theylook to others to blame for his problems.指责他人是他问题的原因。

所以，最终没法moving on with life and growing as a person. 并以过去的伤痛为借口，继续过悲哀低效的人生。（ remain unhappy and unproductive in his own life.） 

但是，像所有普通人一样，Delta男可上可下，有的会因为不好的经历而变得more resentful and angrier,但也会因为一些美好的经历，而走向另一个方向，实现跃迁。
