Also, as is known to all, the special book is really famous in my country, certainly, it is very popular among all kinds of people in my country as well. From this special book you can find a lot of useful information or useful tips on food and diet. After reading this book, you will find that you can be a good vegetarian in life. Such as how to eat healthily, like how to eat red meat or white meat, some stuff like that. A couple weeks ago a good friend of my recommended this book to me. I was very very happy about it. At that time I was worrying about my weight problems, you know, I was a bit overweight in my life. I I did not know how to do it and how to find a proper way to overcome the problems. Fortunately my friend gave this special book to me and of course I have learned a lot after reading it. Normally I would like to read about something one or two on this special book when I have plenty of freedom. For example when I am sitting at home or sometimes just after a hard day of work, I would like to read about it. Then I will try to take some notes after reading it. You know, some tips or some advice can be very important to me, especially those can be very useful. Till now, I have learnt enough, that is it.
