She’s a former pro triathlete, a fellow Swimrun kool-aid drinker and half of Team #batmansparents, the official meteorologist of The Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast, and endurance coach. In this show we pepper her with all the coaching questions that people send us.
