A British man has started a group for men to meet and walk dogs together, making it easier for them to talk about their feelings.
Rob Osman from Bristol started Dudes and Dogs because he has had problems with depression and anxiety in the past. Walking his dog Mali helped him feel better.
On the Dudes and Dogs website, Osman writes that walking and playing with his dog is "the best therapy I've ever had."
Now he has other men join him on his walks so they can talk about their mental health. The men don't even need to have their own dogs to walk with Osman, according to local newspaper The Bristol Post.
Osman says that the dog walking group helps people relax and talk about their feelings. He explains that being outside and not having to look at each other helps, and being with dogs also makes the men feel better.
He is now trying to collect £5000(5000 pound) (about $6400) to help start other Dudes and Dogs groups around the UK. He says that money will be used to pay for travel and to train other "dog dudes" to lead their own walks.
