Hemp company Vaay has tried to find the most and least stressful places in the world, looking at 100 cities across the globe.
Vaay's study compared things like safety, traffic, weather, pollution, unemployment and even each city's response to COVID-19. It found that Reykjavik, Iceland, was the least stressful city in the world, getting perfect scores for gender equality, noise and air pollution.
The next least stressful city was Bern, Switzerland, followed by Helsinki, Finland.
Making up the rest of the top ten were Wellington, New Zealand; Melbourne, Australia; Oslo, Norway; Copenhagen, Denmark; Innsbruck, Austria; Hanover, Germany; and Graz, Austria.
The least stressful city in the Americas was Montreal, Canada. In Asia, it was Singapore, which was just ahead of Tokyo, Japan. Tokyo got a perfect score for its coronavirus response. The least stressful city in Africa was Johannesburg, South Africa. However, it was 49th on the list overall.
At the other end of the list, the world's most stressful city was Mumbai, India. Kabul, Afghanistan, had the worst safety score, and the world's worst traffic was in Moscow, Russia.
However, Finn Age Hänsel of Vaay said that the goal of the study wasn't to point out cities that scored badly, but to highlight cities that are good examples of what can be done to improve people's well-being.
