Calling all midlifers! Today I’m reviewing my first year as a half-empty nest mom. Ugh! With one kid (teen son) in college and the other finishing her junior year of high school, I’m feeling all the feels. Midlife Mojo ASAP!

EP 115: Parenting hormonal teens while battling hormones yourself?! Me too! You are not alone there and according to parenting expert Dr. Lisa Damour there are some tools in teaching them to navigate “big feelings”, while maintaining you are own sense of equilibrium, as a parent. Honestly, this was an amazing reminder for myself and I know that so many of you parents will be able to relate.
