You get what you focus on, so focus on what you want and you will achieve your goals and dreams. But that only happens when you dont quit. Success is a lonley journey and thats why many people give up, cause not only that it, also takes time, and you have to be patient. If you can be patient and trust the process there is nothing you cannot achieve. If you believe it you will achieve it, so here i am after 4 and a half years still climbing and proving that if you want something you can get it but you gotta keep giving.

The universe will respond. I also talk about toxic masculinity and just being unhealthy in general as we cannot give what we do not have, so if you have not been nutured well growing up, or raised in a positive environment, then its very likely that you do not have the ability and awareness to give love, have understanding or compassion for others. You cannot comprehend putting yourself in someone elses shoes and wondering, would i like to be treated this way? Once you can do that, things will change for you!
