Hello, my old friend: moving through the fear of using my voice & being seen. Definitely what has creating the greatest tension, resistance and fear in my body in this lifetime so far. And what I needed to move through in order to create what I deep down knew I was here to share.

In this episode, I dive in DEEP about moving through fears associated with blocking your throat chakra (that ultimately stops us sharing authentically and serving the world). I give tips on how to navigate the fear of being seen and also how to work with your natural energy of your throat -- not all people are designed to have consistent energy to share & express.
