I talk about why your mind starts to latch onto someone else's health issue once you see the video on social media, or you hear/read about the story from somewhere else which makes you immediately think that you're going to get it too.
I share different strategies for how to manage these triggers whenever they come up. Because as we all know, it can be easy for your mind to spiral down the "what if" rabbit hole and it feels hard to pull yourself out from the constant worry cycle...
